Sukanta Bhattacharya is the Strategic Lead for Performance Management at Gram Vikas.
In this organisation-wide role, he leads the performance monitoring system, tracking programme implementation and outcomes across all operational districts and reporting to the Strategic Leadership Team.
He joined Gram Vikas in 2014, bringing more than 25 years of grassroots experience. Before joining, he taught computer education across colleges under The Institute of Computer Engineers (India) and worked with Lutheran World Service India on programmes in Odisha and West Bengal.
He holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Computer Science and Application from Burdwan University.
