Alex is a member of the Strategic Leadership Team – Programme Unit, a member of the Planning & Monitoring Management Group, and Administration & Logistics Management Group. Alex is the Project Lead for the CLAPs project at Gram Vikas and also a part of the Safe and Dignified Migration Program Team looking at Research and Advocacy vertical. He manages the Standard Chartered Bank supported Water Secure Gram Panchayat project implemented across five districts in Odisha.
For CLAPs, he coordinates mixed-methods research and data collection in Odisha and acts as a bridge between programme implementation teams and research partners. He joined Gram Vikas in August 2022 and previously worked as the Wipro care funded Project Manager for Water Secure Initiative project in Chandaka
Alex holds an MA in Development from Azim Premji University, Bangalore, and an Integrated MSc in Physics from Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Kollam.
