Benstin Jenith B.G. is a member of the Water Management Group.He is also a member of the Water Resource Technology Group (WRTG) which is a special group within the Water thematic that provides technical and knowledge support for water resource management, groundwater management, water security planning, recharge interventions under the Water Secure Gram Panchayat programme.
He joined in September 2021 and previously served as District Manager for the Sundergarh District Office in Gram Vikas, overseeing work across Jharsuguda and Rourkela in Odisha and Gumla in Jharkhand. Before Gram Vikas, he worked as a Research Assistant on a socio-psychological study on diabetes at IIT Hyderabad.
He holds an MA in Development Studies from TISS, Mumbai, and a BE in Mechanical Engineering from the College of Engineering, Guindy, Chennai.
