Pratap Chandra Panda is responsible for programme design and implementation, training and capacity building, partnership management, and resource mobilization at Gram Vikas. He contributes to strengthening climate-resilient rural economies through sustainable agriculture, women-led enterprises, value addition, and local economic development.
When he joined Gram Vikas in 2016, he brought over 18 years of experience in agriculture, rural livelihoods, climate action, and community institution building.
He holds a background in Biotechnology from Berhampur University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Development Leadership from Azim Premji University, combining scientific knowledge with field-based learning to design practical, inclusive, and sustainable solutions for rural communities.
