Paramananda Sethi is a Thematic Coordinator for WATSAN Infrastructure in the HRDP project in Keonjhar.
He supervises the construction of household toilets, bathing rooms, and community water tanks. He joined Gram Vikas in 2001 and has spent over two decades working with rural communities in Odisha.
He holds certificates in Training of Masons and Barefoot Engineering in Civil, and a Bachelor of Arts in Sanskrit from Utkal University.
