Bhagya Laxmi Puhan is an Engineer in the Holistic Rural Development Project in Keonjhar district.
She develops engineering plans and designs using AutoCAD and QGIS to support piped water supply systems, and other land development work undertaken in the project. She joined Gram Vikas in 2018.
Bhagya holds a Diploma in Civil Engineering from Ramarani Institute of Technology, Balasore.
