Bapini Das has been the watchful guardian of the Gram Vikas Mohuda campus since 2017. Responsible for gate security, he holds a duty that others sleep through, keeping the organisation’s home base safe and secure through the hours when the rest of the team is away.
The campus he watches over is the nerve centre of an organisation working to transform the lives of marginalised communities across Odisha, and his vigilance each night is what allows everyone else to return each morning and continue that work. In a team that values reliability and dedication, Bapini exemplifies both.
