Bijay Kumar Pradhan’s relationship with Gram Vikas spans two chapters. He first joined in 1998 as an Office Assistant cum Cook, building nearly two decades of institutional knowledge before leaving in 2016. He worked as a Cook with SPD Construction in Bhubaneswar during that time, and then in December 2021, he came back.
When someone chooses to rejoin an organisation, it reflects a genuine connection to the people and the purpose. Today, Bijay serves as Office Custodian. With over two decades of combined service, he carries a living memory of Gram Vikas.
