Nilambar Dash joined Gram Vikas in 2004, and in the two decades since has built a reputation for reliability on the road. He has ferried staff and teams to field sites across Odisha, including far-off locations, through all seasons and conditions.
With over two decades of driving experience, he is one of the most seasoned drivers in the organisation. That length of time on Odisha’s roads has given him a familiarity with the terrain that shapes how smoothly the organisation’s field operations run.
