Binita Mandal is a Thematic Coordinator for Sanitation & Health, and is currently placed with the Spearhead Team in Berhampur FCO, Ganjam. She is a permanent member of the Spearhead Team.
She facilitates community introductions to the Gram Swabhimaan initiative, leading demand collection, and supporting the formation of village Action Committees. She volunteered with Gram Vikas in 2020 before joining full-time in April 2022.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts with Sanskrit Honours from Ramadevi Women’s University, Bhubaneswar.
