Debashis Hota is the Manager for Human Resources at Gram Vikas. He is responsible for formulating policies and practices for effective workplace management. He is a member of the Human Resources Management Group, and also a member of the Administration and Logistics Management Group.
He has held this role since April 2015. He has previously worked in HR and administration at Nixies Pharmaceuticals and Seashore Group.
He holds an MBA in Human Resource and Marketing from Biju Patnaik University of Technology, Odisha.
