Dulhaba Odandra is Project Manager for the NVIDIA supported Building Water Secure Gram Panchayats project in Mayurbhanj. He is responsible for implementation of the project across four gram panchayats in two blocks in Mayurbhanj district.
He had worked across watershed management, piped water supply systems, sanitation infrastructure, self-help groups, and community mobilisation. He has been at Gram Vikas since 2004 and received specialised training in watershed management from WOTR, Pune, and in groundwater recharge from ACWADAM, Pune.
Dulhaba completed Class 10 from Achyuta Nanda Ashram High School, Kalinga Padar, Ganjam.
