Jyotsnamayee Padhan is a Field Expert in Village Institutions work in Lanjigarh FCO, Kalahandi. She joined Gram Vikas in January 2022.
She mobilises communities to form local committees and supports residents in accessing government entitlements. Before joining, she worked for six months as a Coordinator on a UNDP project, as a Sikshya Prerak under the Swakhyara Bharat Project for six years, and as a Link Worker at ActionAid for one year.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Rajendra College, Balangir.
