Krushna Chandra Hembram is a member of the Livelihoods Management Group at Gram Vikas, responsible for designing, strengthening, and supporting the implementation of farm-based livelihood interventions across the Gram Vikas operational area. He joined Gram Vikas in October 2025 and brings over 12 years of experience in the development sector, managing large-scale, women-led livelihood portfolios. He has strong expertise in climate-resilient livelihoods, sustainable agriculture, and water resource management.
Prior to joining Gram Vikas, he worked with SRIJAN across Odisha, Madhya Pradesh, and Uttar Pradesh, where he led and supported multi-thematic rural livelihood programs focused on enhancing household incomes, strengthening community institutions, and promoting sustainable farming systems. He holds an MBA in Rural Management from KIIT School of Rural Management (KSRM), Bhubaneswar.
