Manikamala Swain is a District Monitoring Lead for the Swayamshree project, and is based out of Paralakhemundi, Gajapati district. She consolidates and reports project data for the Swayamshree initiative in Gajapati district.
She joined Gram Vikas in January 1999 and brings 22 years of experience in the development sector across accounts and documentation.
Manikamala holds an MA in Rural Development (MARD) from IGNOU and a BSc in Zoology from Utkal University.
