Monalisa Behera is Project Manager in the Bal Marg project in Baliguda FCO, Kandhamal.
She designs community sessions in Odia on menstrual health, nutrition, and waste management, and builds the capacity of field staff.
She joined Gram Vikas in 2018. She initially worked as Thematic Coordinator for the Sanitation & Health thematic area, before taking on her current role as Project Manager for Bal Marg.
She holds a Masters in Social Work from National Institute of Social Work and Social Sciences, Bhubaneswar.
