Sanjoy Kumar Sabud is a member of the Water and Livelihoods Management Groups at Gram Vikas. His work focuses on advancing water source sustainability through the Comprehensive Sourceshed Development (CSSD) approach, leading initiatives on voluntary carbon markets, and integrating weather information and advisory services into farm livelihood programmes.
Sanjoy joined Gram Vikas in April 2025, bringing over 14 years of experience in natural resource management, rainfed agriculture, climate adaptation, and rural livelihoods. He has previously worked with PRADAN, WASSAN and Gram Vikas in programme management roles across Odisha, Jharkhand, and West Bengal. He holds a Bachelor’s degree and a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Vidyasagar University, West Bengal.
