Sitaram Mohanty is a Thematic Coordinator for Water, currently associated with the Spearhead team in Berhampur FCO, Ganjam district. He facilitates community introductions to the Gram Swabhimaan initiative, leads demand collection, and supports the formation of village Action Committees.
Before taking up this role, he was responsible for supervising construction of piped water supply systems, including water tanks, toilet and bathing rooms, and tap connections.He also trained communities on system maintenance. He has been at Gram Vikas since 1998.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Berhampur University.
