Manjary is a member of the Strategic Leadership Team – Programme Unit and leads Enterprise Development Resource Group (EDRG). She is also a member of the Safe and Dignified Migration Programme Team and a member of the Staff Development Cell. Her work focuses on Gram Udyog Mitra Fellowship development, Enterprise Performance Benchmarking systems and staff capacity building.
She joined Gram Vikas in 2022 as part of the Safe and Dignified Migration Programme prior to which she was in Gram Vikas as an SBI Youth For India Fellow in 2020–21. She holds an MA in Social Work in (Children and Families) from TISS, Mumbai.
