Namrata Chadha is a lawyer and advisor to nonprofits, public institutions, and private organisations, with a practice centred on women’s rights, child protection, and legal aid. She formerly served on the Odisha State Commission for Women and is a founder member of ATSEC, an international organisation working against the trafficking of women and children. She sits on the POSH committees of several institutions including State Bank of India, and is associated with the Committee for Legal Aid to Poor and Mahila Adhikar Abhijan. Her work on women and child development has been recognised at both state and national levels. She joined the Gram Vikas Society in 2019.
